To be fit tested, please make sure to be clean shaven (no hair can be protruding through the seal of the mask per NIOSH standard) and to bring the following:
- A clean respirator if you already own one.
- Clean and unused cartridges (if you are using any other brand besides 3M or North Honeywell).
- Medical clearance documentation (medical clearance available on site)
- If your doctor is providing the medical clearance, please make sure it is on a letterhead.
- If you would like to be medically cleared at the fit-test event it will cost an extra $45.
