This years annual agricultural fit testing will be held on Wednesday, March 31st, 2021, 10:00am - 2:00pm at the Hertford County Extension Center, 301 W Tryon St., Winton, NC 27986.
All appointments will be made in 20 minute increments. Henderson and Associates, Inc. will be charging $40 per person for the fit testing. Payment will be collected at the time of the test, either by cash or check. Medical clearance is required for all individuals being fitted. Medical clearance will be offered on the day of the test for an additional charge of $40 per person. In order to gain medical clearance, please fill out the forms below and bring them to the Hertford County Extension Center to your appointment on March 31st.
On the day of your appointment, please remember to shave for a good seal, do not eat a large meal or smoke within ONE HOUR of your appointment. Also do not use a bronchial dilator within TWO HOURS prior to the test. If you don't have a respirator, once you are fitted, information will be available as to where you can purchase the respirator and cartridges you may need.

To register for the Fit Testing please fill out the Eventbrite Form and pick a time slot when registering. It is preferred to sign up in chronological order as time slots are available during the day.
