Cyndi Knudson, Area Specialized Small Farms Extension Associate for northeast North Carolina has joined the team to work to  assist the needs of limited-resources small farmers in Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Halifax, Hertford, Northampton, Martin, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell and Washington counties. Knudson will connect small, beginning, and limited resource farmers with available opportunities that can lead to sustainable, profitable farms.
