Hertford County
4-Her's Help Pack 80,000 Meals

Three Hertford County 4-Her's attended the 2016 North Carolina 4-H Congress held in Raleigh July 16-19. 4-H Congress is an annual state 4-H event where 4-Her's from across the state of North Carolina come together to participate in workshops and community service projects. This year the hands to service project was Feeding Children Everywhere. The youth worked in teams as they packed meals for needy families. These meals will be distributed throughout the state of North Carolina. The youth packed over 80,000 meals. Great job 4-Her's!
